Refund, Returns & Cancellation Policy

Vipulac.online thanks you and values your purchase with us. This section describes Vipulac.online’s policies on payments received from customers and returns to customers for products or services ordered.

Presently payment methods available with Vipulac.online are through Credit Cards, Debit Cards and Net banking only. As and when other methods will be incorporated, the same would be updated here as well. Your Credit/Debit card information remains private and confidential. Vipulac.online and our secure online payment gateways use Secure Sockets Layer security technology to protect your Card information. We accept all VISA & MasterCards– only Indian cards, as International cards would not be supported. You will have to enter your 16 digit Credit/Debit card number and the 3 digit CVV (Card Verification Value) code which is at the back of your card and complete the payment.

With a view of making Online shopping safer, the Reserve Bank of India has made it mandatory , from 1st August 2010 onwards, for all transactions to have an extra level of authentication. The “extra level” is a password which you will have to enter after entering your Credit Card/ Debit Card details while making an online payment. This technology is called Verified by VISA (VBV) or MSC (MasterCard Secure Code).You will have to log onto your banks website for registration and each bank has its own process for registration.

Is available in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Delhi where our stores are located only and is valid for a maximum of Rs. 50,000 /- per transaction. Our customer has to pay the complete booked amount prior to delivery, to be collected by authorised  Vipul HVAC Solution Pvt. Ltd collection personnel. The official receipt for cash collected will be provided to the customer.

All products which have the C.O.D. icon on the product detail page are available for Cash On Delivery in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Delhi where our stores are located only.

You can avail of C.O.D. on an order if

1) Your selected products are available for a C.O.D.

2) Your delivery location is serviceable by Cash collection personnel.

3) Cash Collection will be made only between 11:00 am to 06:00 pm during the day and at the billing address as given by the customer during online booking.

Placing orders using C.O.D.

1) Identify the products with C.O.D. icon available for online purchase.

2) Add them to your shopping cart, proceed to checkout.

3) Provide the shipping address and proceed to the payment page.

4) In the payment page, select the 1st option, C.O.D.

5) Enter the CAPTCHA code as given below, click on Submit.

6) You will receive the Order confirmation page with Order details.

All offer prices on Vipulac.online are all inclusive; there are no hidden charges whatsoever. You have to only pay the offer price that you see on our product page next to the specific product image.

After placing your valued order and making the payment, we would not be able to make any changes in the same. Also combining or adding orders once they have been placed would not be possible. Post shipment of your products, orders cannot be cancelled at all. In the event of non-delivery occured due to your mistake (wrong name, address or any other wrong information), Vipulac.online would incur an extra cost for redelivery and the same would be claimed from you.

Any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price may be cancelled. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment levied. In the event the payment has been processed, the same shall be credited to your account and duly notified to you by email.

  • Pre-Booking / Pre-ordered Amount Guarantee.
  • If prices are increased after you ordered, the current price (Release Date effect) will be applicable on your order.
  • The balance amount of your pre-booking / Pre-ordered should be paid before the shipment of your order.
  • We are running Pre-Booking / Pre-ordered only on Net Banking, Debit and Credit Card.
  • Condition applies only on pre-booking / Pre-ordered before its release date.
  • If Pre-Booking / Pre-ordered orders are placed at the same time as regular orders, your online order status and shipping confirmation emails will include the Pre-Booking.
  • Pre-Booked / Pre-ordered products are shipped separately, We will not send with any other booked products.
  • We aim to deliver Pre-Booked / Pre-ordered products on or after the official launch date and as well as stock availability.
  • Products on or after the official launch / release date or after sending Notifications for Balance payment and as well as stock availability.

Demonstration is provided by the manufacturing company and is provided on certain products only, in case of further clarifications, we would request to contact us on +91 8000392000 or email us on support@vipulac.online and we will be happy to clarify on the same. After delivery/receipt of product, the demonstration, if applicable, would happen after minimum 4 business days. Only the first demonstration would be on a complimentary basis.

Installation is provided by the manufacturing company’s authorised service center/franchisee only. For Split A/C, standard installation charges will apply; payable by the consumer directly to the company’s authorised service center/franchisee.

Inclusions in scope of work for Split A/c installation: - Installation of Indoor and Outdoor units, Interconnecting Indoor and Outdoor unit with piping.

Exclusions in scope of work for Split A/c Installation:- All masonry work, Supply and Installation of main power phase, electrical work, Leak testing if piping is already done by the consumer, no drilling holes in any of the pillars, dismantling charges if earlier Split A/c is present.

For other products, standard installation will be provided as per companies norms and is complimentary. After delivery/receipt of product, the installation would happen after minimum 4 business days. We would request you to kindly contact us on the above mentioned contact details for any assistance required.

Vipulac.online makes every effort to service the orders placed with them, as per the specification and delivery timelines mentioned against each product. As a policy, we request you to kindly check the product and the accessories while accepting the delivery. In case of any discrepancies, kindly bring it to our notice before accepting delivery by calling us on +91 8000392000 or email us on support@vipulac.online. After acceptance of delivery of the product, Vipulac.online will not entertain any returns or refund request.

Refund will be done within 10-15 working days from the date of request of refund.

After sales service is provided by the authorised service centers of the respective manufacturing companies. For product service requirement, kindly contact us on the above mentioned details for the same.

For any product/service available on sale on www.vipulac.online, the company does not assume any liability. Vipulac.online is only in the business of providing products/services from manufacturers to customers at the destination of their choice in Mumbai, Pune, Gujarat and Delhi. (Limited to mentioned cities limits only)

Book your order in minimal (partial/min advanced) amount for priority delivery post lockdown.

 Vipul HVAC Solution Pvt. Ltd will announce delivery notifications to customer before the product shipment.

Customer should be pay rest/balanced order amount to  Vipul HVAC Solution Pvt. Ltd before the order delivery.

 Vipul HVAC Solution Pvt. Ltd can not be deliver order without confirmation of full order payment.

e.g. Your Product Value is Rs.10000/-
But you can book it on minimal amount is Rs.2000/- for priority delivery post lockdown. Balanced amount Rs.8000/- will be pay before the delivery.

If customer cancelled his/her order (Partial Paid/ Full paid), then Vipul HVAC Solution Pvt. Ltd will initiate refund on priority basis. Refund will be credited in working 7-20 days as per bank terms.

No, once an order is placed the specification of the product can not be modified.

No, a cancelled order can not be reinstated.

Cancellation fee will be applied or charged only if an eligible order is cancelled after 24 hours of placing.
The reason is to compensate for the time and effort incurred in processing the order by the seller. Also, to compensate our logistics partner for incurring a cost when they ship the order, if the order is shipped. Note: Customer can find this information under the order details by logging into his/her vipulac.online account.

Cancellation of item(s) in an order happens immediately if the order hasn't been shipped yet by the seller. If your order has been shipped, it will be cancelled as soon as the courier service confirms that the shipment is being returned to the seller.
